- Yoshida was awarded with the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival Fantastic Off Theater competition section Grand Prix in 2006 for his movie ”Raw Summer”. After that, he worked as a lighting engineer for movies by director Shinya Tsukamoto and others. Yoshida himself made his debut as a director in 2006 with the movie ”Tsukue no Nakami”.
