- 2001 Made his major debut as a vocalist and guitarist for the band Sound Schedule and appeared in a number of television programs such as Music Station.
2008 Made his solo debut as Masayoshi Oishi.
2015 Oishi teamed up with next-generation sound producer Tom-H@ck to form the unit OxT. OxT makes songs for animations and games, and they created the theme songs for many series, such as Ace of Diamond, Overlord, and SSSS.GRIDMAN.
2017 Oishi created the song and lyrics for “Yokoso Japari Park E,” the theme song for the animation Kemono Friends. The single went on to become a hit.
Oishi is now garnering attention as a singer-songwriter and music producer. He is also the MC for the July 2019 season of the NHK BS Premium TV show Anime Song Premium.
