- Toshiya Okunishi graduated from Toyo University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. From 2006, he worked as an assistant of a manga artist for several years and later finished the 56th “Scenario School” held by Japan Writers Guild. In 2012, he debuted with the script for an idol horror movie “Anata no Shiranai Kowai Hanashi: Hoso Kinshi Special (The Horrible Stories That You Do Not Know: Prohibited on Television Special).”
