Ta_2 is a vocalist of the band OLDCODEX with painter YORKE.. He is also active as the
voice actor Tatsuhisa Suzuki.
He made his debut as a voice actor for the 2003 animation DEAR BOYS.
OLDCODEX was formed in 2009 and made their major debut with mini album “OLDCODEX”
in October of the same year. The band deals with a variety of genres, including
dance and punk music. They have made theme songs for a number of animated series,
including SERVAMP, GOD EATER, Kuroko’s Basketball, and Free!.
They had their first performance in the prestigious Nippon Budokan in 2015 and their 4th
album “Fixed Engine”, released in June 2016, ranked number three on the Oricon
Weekly Charts. OLDCODEX had their first arena tour in 2018. While they are active
mainly in Japan, they have also performed in the US, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Singapore.
