- Sakaki debuted as an actor in 1995 in the movie ”This Window Is Yours” (directed by Tomoyuki Furumaya). His first commercial movie to direct was ”Grow” in 2007. After that, he has been creating works of the human drama genre. His work ”Accidental Kidnapper”, released in 2014, was part of the official selection of the Competition Section at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival.
