- Career
- Nagata graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University. She learned under Shunji Iwai and gained experience in producing and working as an assistant director. In 2004, she made her directorial debut with ”Koibumi-biyori ”. In 2011, she established the company ginger studio and since then has been holding movie workshops for children named ”Eigakko!”. Besides movies, she also directs drama series for television.
