- Yuiko Kato is from Kyoto. She graduated from graduate school of Waseda University. When she was in college, she learned scriptwriting and was involved in movies as a producer. After graduation she studied under her father Masato Kato, a playwright. In 2006 she debuted in Netflix original drama “Hibana: Spark.”
