Career

Born in Fukushima prefecture. After graduating from Rikkyo University in 1988, he entered Funhouse. In the music industry, he was involved in A&R production, advertisement and sales promotion. In 1996, he joined RENTRAK JAPAN, where he was involved in acquiring Western movies as well as production of Japanese movies. In 2000, he started his own business as a producer and established Flamingo Inc.. From April 2005 until 2019 he taught as a professor at Digital Hollywood University, Faculty of Digital Communication, Digital Content Department.
