- Born in Tokyo, Japan. He started studying filmmaking in New York and Los Angeles from 2013. After working as a director and cinematographer, he came back to Japan in 2016.
He worked for STORIES LLC as a production manager and helped create music videos and TV/Web commercials.
In 2017 he worked on the feature film “BURAI” directed by Kazuyuki Izutsu.
While directing music videos and web commercials, he also directed a number of short films, which won numerous awards at film festivals around the world.
Currently, he just completed the editing of feature film "KAWASHI" and is working on its release.
Beef rice bowls are his favorite food.
